Return Policies: All Returns MUST have a Merchandise Return Authorization Number. This number can be obtained by calling 1 970 261 7058. The Return Authorization Number is good for 14 days from the date of issue. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an MRA Number. Unless the return is a result of our error, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. All product hopefully can be returned in the same condition as received. All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee. Returns may be made within 4 weeks of purchase. We recommend sending returns to us in a secure mailer for your protection.
